It’s hard to know what to say in a bio and still sound real.  I’ve been touching and caring for people all my life.  I finally went to massage school and made it official four years ago.  I absolutely love what I do.  Massage and bodywork offer an opportunity to create a precious healing space for both the client and therapist.  It’s such a critical need in our lives today.

I was born in Knoxville, TN and have lived in/on the Outer Banks, California, Minnesota, Virginia and Florida.  Lately, I spend part of the year here on the Outer Banks and the winter in the Appalachian Mountains of South Western Virginia working on my 1912 family home.  I love photography, puppetry, masks and faces, making them and taking pictures of them.  This winter I began making beaded jewelry.  Who knows what I’ll do next.

I have a wonderful family with many, many, many cousins.  They seem to keep multiplying.  I have more birthdays between the ages of 2-11 than I can keep up with.

I turned forty last year.  I have to say life just keeps getting more amazing.
